Honesty: I will try be best to remain honest and share my genuine thoughts, knowledge, and experience.
At times, I can be wrong, so please forgive me for that.
Life: I will share the brutal honest facts about people and life. Your experience can be very different from mine. My thoughts are purely based on all the experience that I have gained through my ups and downs in life.
For financial market, many times the market can remain resilient longer than our expectation & patience so while trading always remember, "any price moment that we expect is a probability, and not a guarantee."

India eats dinner at 10. Scrolls till 1. Wakes up at 7.
And calls itself tired.
We’re not tired. We’re sleep-starved. There’s a difference.
The numbers nobody’s talking about:
- 59% of Indians get less than 6 hours of sleep a night.
- Only 12% get 8+ hours of uninterrupted sleep.
- India is the 2nd most sleep-deprived country in the world.
- 96% of Indians say they want to be more health-aware. Almost nobody starts with sleep.
Nobody connects the dots.
1. The 3 PM crash. “Lunch heavy ho gaya.” It’s sleep debt.
2. The Monday brain fog. “Long week thi.” It’s sleep debt.
3. Snapping at your team for no reason. “Bas stress hai.” It’s sleep debt.
4. The weight that won’t move. “Metabolism slow ho gaya.” Partly sleep debt - wrecking your insulin, spiking hunger hormones, storing fat your gym can’t burn.
5. The low-grade anxiety that follows you everywhere. “Thoda overwhelmed hoon bas.” It’s sleep debt.
Here’s what nobody’s telling you:
1. You’re not sleeping 5 hours because you’re working hard.
You’re sleeping 5 hours because you’re scrolling.
The day ends at 10. You could sleep at 11. You choose 12:30 because the phone is right there and “yaar yahi toh time milta hai apne liye.”
That one hour is costing you everything sleep was supposed to give you. Recovery. Focus. Mood. Immunity. Fat loss. Mental clarity.
2. We’ve made this normal.
5-hour sleepers are warriors. 8-hour sleepers are wasting their lives. We send Slack messages at midnight. Take meetings at 9 PM. Drag ourselves to a 7 AM standup wondering why we feel like garbage.
3. No diet fixes this. No workout fixes this. No supplement fixes this.
You can train 6 days a week, eat 100g of protein, drink 4 litres of water - and still feel like a zombie because you sleep 5 hours.
Your body has been in survival mode for years. You just stopped noticing.
Sleep is the most powerful, most ignored, most underrated health intervention we have.
It’s free.
No gym needed.
No coach needed.
No meal plan needed.
And almost nobody is using it.
My cortisol got nuked after I started taking magnesium glycinate at night, ashwagandha in the morning, and L-theanine (+ these 3 habits).
It was wrecking my sleep, my belly fat, and my mood, but now it's fixed.
Here's exactly what I did:
@grok how long bank guarantee can be usually, I mean not the 1 year duration but the bank guarantee must have been initiated quite back and its not revising every month. So I am trying to make an understanding on how and when this RBI new margin requirement (bank 100% guarantee) rule will show the real impact on market and shares like BSE, ANgelOne, MCX. because I still see that angelone share price is still rising inspite of this new rule kicked in on July 1 2026.
am I missing something, elaborate and add if there amore information on this.
A 10-minute walk after dinner could be more important than spending an hour at the gym.
Watch this video, and you’ll never sit down after dinner the same way again 👇
@nidhi_13000 I must say Nidhi, you are one of the rarest but brilliant to speak the truth. Otherwise, not sure, why everyone is just trying to whitewash a criminal's image.
Proprietary traders are the single largest player in India's options market. They accounted for 50.7% of equity options turnover and 49.3% of index options turnover in FY26.
From yesterday, July 1, the way they fund those trades changes. That could reshape not just how they trade, but the markets themselves. 🧵 (1/9)
IRAN’S PARLIAMENT SPEAKER ESCALATES RHETORIC
Iranian Parliament Speaker Qalibaf declared: “Khamenei’s blood will be avenged by liberating Jerusalem.” He also vowed Iran will never allow IAEA access to bombed nuclear sites, claimed “The MoU proves America was defeated,” and called for “a true strategic partnership with China.”
Germany's Chancellor Merz:
We can no longer accept the extraordinarily high levels of sick leave in our companies.
We are abolishing sick leave by telephone and introducing the requirement to submit a medical certificate from the very first day of illness.
We know this is a tough decision. But we can no longer afford this competitive disadvantage caused by prolonged absences from work.
@krishnabgowda sir is doing an amazing job for Bangalore.
I respect his work and dedication that improves the city roads and makes commuters life much better.
More power to you.
@erbmjha You are stupid and always act like a govt agent.
Making ethanol blended E20 mandatory was current govt decision. All the debate is on why E20 was made mandatory. This document nowhere shows that E20 should be mandatory.
There is a deliberate attempt to project ethanol blending as a newly introduced policy, but the public record tells a completely different story. The truth is that this initiative was originally launched under the UPA government.
The experimental ethanol blending programme started in 2001. It was formally announced in 2004. By 2006, E5, which means 5 percent ethanol blending, was already in place across multiple states. In January 2013, the policy was officially published in the Gazette of India.
The present government has undoubtedly expanded the scope of this programme, but the foundation and policy history are matters of public record. Any meaningful debate on this subject must present the full picture, not merely selective facts chosen for political gain.

Clarification regarding media reports on the proceedings before the Supreme Court in the BPCL’s Special Leave Petition on Ethanol allocation matter
The Office of the Attorney General for India has noticed certain media reports published on 30 June 2026 which have incorrectly reported the submissions made by the learned Attorney General before the Supreme Court in the proceedings arising out of the Special Leave Petition filed by the Oil Marketing Companies (BPCL) in ethanol allocation matter.
The reports state that the Government's 20% Ethanol Blended Petrol (E20) Programme is "still an ongoing experiment" and that "the impact of the policy would become clearer by next year." These reports are completely false and do not reflect anything even close to the actual submissions made before the Court.
