@airindia I am looking for flight from New Delhi to Paris (arrival date 22nd Mar'25) and the direct flight is costing INR 41.5k per person. If I look a flight from Mumbai to Paris (arrival date 22nd Mar'25) then it is costing me INR 35k per person.

Flight from Mumbai is not direct. There's layover at New Delhi. Why there is difference in cost and even after change and longer flight - cost from Mumbai is lesser than Delhi. @DGCAIndia tagging for visibility. Please look into this pricing goofup by Air India.

@Livpure_India Worst customer service. They are simply looting customers. Closing tickets without even visiting so that we pay extra. This is not happening for the first time, it has happened earlier as well. #worstservice #livpure

@Livpure_India Service engineer lodged a call by himself, never visited and even closed this call. What kind of scam is this? I even called Customer Care and some Ankit Pandey wasn't even ready to listen/ lodge a complaint. Please look into this for better customer service.
