@JeyarajahRohan Seeing this as well at @Akademiska_Nytt. During residency was encouraged to keep cases laparoscopic and bail out with subtotal. Today would convert to open and perform formal cholecystectomy. I feel the best strategy is to be safe and call for help from HPB surgery if possible.
