@kiwicom247 Hi, to be clear on the issue. I booked 4 flights through Kiwi. The airlines have confirmed they refunded full amounts, yet Kiwi have withheld £400. Email support is saying they cannot help and can provide no further detail.

@kiwicom247 Quite shocked by the service Kiwi is providing on my refunds for flights. Provided £1.5k of the £1.9k cost, but unable to tell me why/where the remaining £400 is missing.

Not impressed @FlooringAdvice . Confirmed I could return any unopened flooring packets. Time to do so, told no as item ordered from abroad.
