Raquel Lee has filed a lawsuit against Disney and has come forward about being repetitively raped and sexually assaulted by a co-worker at the age of 14 on the set of the Disney Channel Original Movie “The Poof Point” in 2001.

During the production of this film they filmed in Utah and each cast and crew member had a hotel room. This co-worker who sexually assaulted Raquel was an "adult, middle-aged, male employee of Disney who was involved in the filming of the movie."

This staffer would invite Raquel and her guardian to her room to “practice lines” However this crew member would later invite Raquel to her room alone and pressure her to consume alcohol while intoxicated where he would rape her.

She also states that“in plain view of the cast and crew and could be heard by the sound technicians managing the cast’s microphones.”

Raquel also starred in Nickelodeons The Amanda Show and Disney Channels “The Proud Family”.
