Money that should have fixed pipes and water treatment plants is being poured into water tankers instead.
While tanker spending explodes, real water infrastructure is left to fail. Residents deserve lasting solutions, not endless stopgaps.
@Lesufi@SAPoliceService I remember you posting about cameras in Jozi, Dj Warras was assassinated in Jozi...the cameras you were posting about could've captured the act and they would've been arrested before that day ended
[Media Interview] Today, 22 December 2025, Commissioner Masiapato is at the Lebombo Port of Entry (PoE) to assess the facilitation of the movement of goods and individuals during this peak period of the year.

I am on the ground with MMC Zungu. Shop owners persistently undermine the rule of law. I have given the JMPD Chief clear orders to enforce the law decisively and without hesitation.
Shop owners are directly contributing to the problem. They litter right in front of their shops with boxes and plastics everywhere. The authorities are already taking action. These shop owners have no regard for the rule of law, and we will shut them down without hesitation.
This must stop, the reckless habit of JMPD officers remaining in their vehicles instead of actively enforcing the laws. Lawlessness happening in broad daylight while officers simply observe from their patrol cars is intolerable. Heads will roll.
@DadaMorero That is why they are overweight, they sit in patrol cars, eat kota, kfc or chicken liken. In Maputo u never Police offers in cars. After every two streets, there are atleast 3 officers stationed. They only get picked up when their shifts are done. Why cant the same done in Jozi
This isn't Gaza.
This is the deputy executive mayor, Nokuzola Kolwapi of Bitou Local municipality in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa.
Charges have been laid with more expected soon. This country has gone Mad Max.
Remember him—the President's 'nephew' whom he claimed he barely even knew when the news first broke about the R2 billion Tembisa Hospital looting spree? Well, he's still walking free, enjoying a fantastic Christmas season... thanks to her, and perhaps to him too.
@shaun_dlanjwa@EFFSouthAfrica@MTshwaku But it doesn’t stay this way so why brag about it, come day time your work is undone. Figure it out that’s what you are paid to do.
