@AirCanadaSupport Your mobile app, web app and this X site are useless as no updates, no communication and no acknowledgements after 20 hours. Does your IT Staff ever test these apps? I know Grade 10 students that could fix these basic requirements easily using the latest tools!
@AirCanadaSupport My bag tracker gives me constant errors from the app and the web version. I was waiting in line yesterday at 10 pm at Pearson Airport baggage recovery, completed the form, handed it to Canada Customs and received a text with a reference number from AC. Now what?
@TekSavvyNetwork We have not internet service in Burlington, Ontario. Your maps do not show a network problem, but there must be some malfunction. I rebooted my modem and router and still no internet service. Please advise.
If the Ont. gov't abandons annual lic. plate renewals, municipalities may have to adopt costly "scoff law" practices used across the USA i.e. towing & booting despised by motorists to achieve parking bylaw compliance. This proposed change requires very careful evaluation. 3/3

I still have not received any response from Sunwing and tried calling the 1-877-786-9464 & response was "can't answer due to tech difficulties, call back." So I had no choice, went online, entered my Booking # and cancelled. I will accept a Sunwing voucher as per flex policy.
@SunwingVacay I completed now 2:00 a.m., Mar. 14 the Smartsheet "Flexible Change Policy" popup box form to cancel our flight due to Gov't Travel Advisory. The auto-reply was "a member of our team will contact you soon." Exactly when? The flight departs YHM today at 4:20 p.m.
