Is there any particular reason why the phone lines for the UIf e filing don’t get answered - it just gives you the Details for Covid and then cuts off. E mails seems to not get answered either and the registration process is locked. This is very frustrating and get nowhere

@UIFBenefits I’m desperately trying to get hold of someone in the UIf e filing department. E mails go unanswered and the phones just get cut off. Please could someone contact me urgently. Thank you
