The elevator union wrote some good laws into place with ADA, any new two story or higher, with only ground floor entrance, is required to install elevators, escalator or ramps, code makes ramps to costly and take up usible space.
Doing business under democrat codes and Statutes is fucking ridiculous, a hollow authority always reminding you that they will put a lean against your bond and suspend your license and get a $6k fine, ruining your lively hood and forcing you to join the union that now holds this hollow authority.
