Ugandan students at Makerere University started producing electric buses called Kayoola EVS in 2020.
It has a sitting capacity of 90 people.
They have Wifi, USB sockets, air conditioners, a flat screen TV, an automatic sanitizer, a wooden bamboo floor, rechargeable Battery and PWDs Sears.
It is owned by Ugandan company, Kiira Motors.
