Delhi: Congress MP Saptagiri Ulaka criticised the government, saying, "It is very unfortunate. It is the government's responsibility to ensure that the House functions. We come here leaving aside all our work so that Parliament can run, we can raise people's issues, ask questions during Question Hour and Zero Hour, and discuss Bills."

#WATCH | Delhi: On Supreme Court’s clarification on the violence during student protest, Cockroach Janta Party Chief Spokesperson Saurav Das says, "Today, in yet another major victory for the students and the young people of this country, the Supreme Court has clarified that the states, including Delhi and other states, will be at liberty to withdraw the FIRs, or close the FIRs, or file closure reports through any legal method possible. They will be closing all the FIRs. Along with that, in the previous order, there was a line stating that no action will be taken against any protestor who does not have criminal antecedents. Today, the court clarified that criminal antecedents would only mean heinous crimes like murder and rape…it ensures that regular students, protestors, and even students who have engaged in political protests in the past will not face any legal problems in the future, and all FIRs against them will be closed…we are waiting for the written order to come. However, whatever has been orally pronounced in the court by the judges, we welcome it.”

#WATCH | Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra | Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) Founder Abhijeet Dipke says, "Our demand was the resignation of the Education Minister, and it was met. But in place of him (Dharmendra Pradhan), who was made the Education Minister? It was Pralhad Joshi. He was seen garlanding the rapists of Bilkis Bano. Imagine how the school-going girls will feel on seeing such things. So, we do not support this."
"We had also demanded Rs 1 crore each as compensation to the families (of NEET aspirants who died allegedly by suicide). None of the families have received the compensation from the government. I have got to know that the govt has said that it will have to look into the rules & norms for this. When you have to buy MPs/MLAs, you spend crores of rupees, but to give compensation, you need to first check the rules. It means their intention is not right."
