They will be closing all the FIRs. Along with that, in the previous order, there was a line stating that no action will be taken against any protestor who does not have criminal antecedents. Today, the court clarified that criminal antecedents would only mean heinous crimes like murder and rape…it ensures that regular students, protestors, and even students who have engaged in political protests in the past will not face any legal problems in the future, and all FIRs against them will be closed…we are waiting for the written order to come.
