@weloveghana042 Laws should be adhered to by all, criminality is criminality; no one said that was right - I’m referring specifically to not entering the country legally. There are processes that should be followed.
@weloveghana042 Does this mean that S.A laws should not be adhered to?
No one said foreign nationals should not come to S.A. , just that it must be done legally. I’ve yet to hear critics actually speak to this - it doesn’t fit the narrative, right?
@NigeriaStories I just find it interesting that whenever morally wrong behaviour occurs (especially in S.A. by non S.A’n residents) this kind of commentary comes up. Was this some sort contractual agreement, did we miss something as S.A.?
@Newzroom405@Sipha_KemaSA Unnecessary, by doing this they give this thing a sense of legitimacy. Ignore them, as long as they don’t break the law just ignore them…
@SandileMakeba @GodPenuel Is it your view that “this was done - the assistance” as a type of a future debt that’s now become repayable?
Because this is what it sounds like?
@MDNnewss Standardizing this is a start, but let's talk fast-track courts. We can speed this up legally by assigning dedicated judges to hear these cases back-to-back.
No more ‘Stalingrad’ delays—just straight, efficient justice that respects the law but stops the clock-watching.
