We would like to sincerely apologise for our recent habit of scoring from set pieces. We understand this might be causing undue distress to opposition fans and teams.

To rectify this, we’ve asked Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka to deliver the ball into the box with significantly less accuracy going forward. Additionally, our set-piece coach, Nicolas Jover, will be sent on an extended Christmas holiday to ensure no further tactical brilliance disrupts the game.

We hope this will restore balance and fairness to the beautiful game.
