Update: @AmericanAir has helped with zero accommodations. Told us that because our flight was held up on the tarmac waiting for our gate due to weather delays of a different crew (they completely ignored the fact that the pilot was on our flight and made it and they didn’t take the time to wait for us who where in the back of the plane trying to get off) , they provide no hotel no vouchers nothing. I’ve been stuck at the Dallas airport for now 12 hours with 12 hours until the next flight available. Someone skull fuck @AmericanAir please..

They said the delay at the gate caused us to miss our flight which was weather due to other crew being late. They will not be helping us at all with any accommodations. There is only one flight every day to Auckland at 11pm. We are stuck at the airport for 24 hrs.please skull fuck them.
