I could agree with your thought process until I had my own children. Life takes on a new lens when you have your own children. I think the main problem we have is that the fathers don’t have real authority to rein in a mother’s irresponsible financial spending. It does not have to be expensive to raise children, the poorest people in the world have the most children. What does that tell us? The real problem is that fathers need to have control of the family finances without threat of a divorce or losing his children. I think you may have been infected by the anti-natalist mind virus.
