Houston fans get several marquee home games in Big 12 play with Arizona, Texas Tech, Kansas and Iowa State, according to sources and @MattNorlander and @JonRothstein reports.
Big 12 is releasing its home/away and single/two-play opponents later today. Source tells CBS Sports:
Arizona: ASU, BYU, Houston 2x
Houston: Arizona, TTU, Colorado 2x
Kansas: Single-plays @ Arizona, @ Houston, @ BYU
Am told Houston-Iowa State is one-play and will be @ Houston.
NEW: Legal experts say the Protect College Sports Act may not have prevented the Brendan Sorsby situation, even though it does give the NCAA protections around enforcing gambling rules.
Nonetheless, the situation could be used to push the bill forward.

Houston will host Kansas but not make return trip to Lawrence, per sources.
Houston will play home-and-home against defending champion Arizona.
Dates will be released later this summer.
