@EthansThighz @the1975 @viagogo @nottinghamarena I'm not sure if it's the same in Nottingham, but In York they told us, ans about 100 other people to go to the box office only to be given a slip of refund details. Check the venues website. I've since learnt that the barbican in York doesn't accept resale tickets.

@viagogo my parents who are in their 50’s have traveled all the way to york to watch @rickygervais Only to be part of hundreds of people turned away due to you selling tickets that are invalid! my mum’s sent me pics of kids CRYING because they were so excited. SORT YOUR SHIT OUT

@Jmtech122 @LeanneBrownBBC @viagogo @rickygervais Here were punch ups and everything as they wernt letting people in! I was there and I'm literally telling you what I, and about 100 other people were told. Mind your damn business instead of arguing about things you have no idea about.

@Jmtech122 @viagogo @rickygervais Her ticket was scanned and the person said it was red on the machine meaning the ticket had already been scanned and there was someone in the venue already with that ticket.

@Jmtech122 @viagogo @rickygervais Venue said its come from Act team to not let n1 in who didn't buy the tickets via ticket master as they have been reselling the tickets over and over - and someone in the queue next to me was saying they're ticket was invalid as there was already someone in there with their seat!
