Yet Another Death in Police Custody!

Yesterday, Sunday 20th September 2026, 46 years old James Kamau Wainaina died inside a police post attached to Karuri Police Station.

According to police, the suspect “died while forcing himself through the report office grills”. The body is now at Kiambu level 5 awaiting postmortem.

@VOCALAfrica_ is in touch with the family and @IPOA_KE to ensure the matter is fully investigated and justice is done.
