@paradisemint Yes, in 2021 I was traveling in my campervan and spent the night right next to the beach at Space X. When traveling out there I had no idea it was there. I was doing it to drive out to where the Rio Grande hits the Gulf. Was really cool. At that time zero access issues.
@OptionGrowth Nice. I will probably build with more than a share per week, but wanted to see how that looked over time in this scenario. I like the strategy.
π Part 1/4: Presenting a 10-year financial idea! I use $BLOX (The Engine) to generate high weekly yield, feeding it with $1/week buys. That cash flow compounds in $SCHD (The Vault) with internal DRIP. Goal: A $31,850 portfolio with a 3.56x Risk Inversion Multiplier!
I've already started accumulating BLOX shares. Instead of a Drip back into Blox I'm rolling it into a stable fund. This will just be a small part of other investments I have from my 401k, other IRA rollovers + other taxable investing I'm building. This is the travel fund π
@Budgetdog_ In Savannah,GA for the weekend. We passed a new apartment development driving around. 1 bedroom about 850 SF only goes for about $1850/mo. And this wasn't even in the historic district.
@Jacob_Naviaux It depends on the reno or addition. I had a client build a fireplace and back porch I designed for them. I recommended to pull permits. they decided not to. A year later their house almost burned to the ground. GC said they knew how to build a FP. Obviously they didn't.
@SCHDETF This was the conclusion I came to via a similar strategy to move higher yield from 1 ETF to another, lower risk ETF. Original strategy from a high yield fund at 30%+ and then rotate into SPYI or QQQI. deep dives on numbers I came to same conclusion you did. It didn't math.
@SCHDETF I researched this strategy a few months ago. After looking at risks of NAV erosion and the tax implications on that initial div payment it didn't make sense to me. Curious how your experiment goes.
Well, we've reached $100 per Oz. What is next? Futures already continue to surge after reaching 100 on Friday. I may sell my position this coming week. I'm stoked for anything over 100. Anything more is gravy π
With the soring price of #Silver happening right now I decided to inventory my silver stash. My original investment was roughly about $1k of what you see in this image. Not a bad return with these prices per ounce. Think this will get to $100? Buy more at current prices?
A core fund for me is QQQI:
β$QQQI Snapshot (Jan 16 Close) π
Price: $54.36
NAV: $54.35
Yield: ~13.8% (Paid Monthly)
AUM: ~$8.0B
Exp Ratio: 0.68%
Inception: Jan 30, 2024 (~2 yrs old)
βStrategy: Active Nasdaq-100 options aimed at high income + tax efficiency (Section 1256).
I caught on to $BLOX late laste year. I sold my original shares after $BTC dropped and the price of BLOX did too. Ibought back in even lower ND am very Keene on stacking this fund. Weekly payout usually around .12 to .13 a share.
