@JagexSupport I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for some kind of response about me recovering my character.. and have yet to have any actual help on the matter.
@JagexSupport i have sent numerous emails about an issue with my character being hijacked and removed from my jagex account, and I've been waiting for a while to get a response. What's the hold up?
@JagexLight can you tell me how one can get in touch with support? I have been sending emails for over a week trying to recover my character that was removed from my jagex account. Still haven't gotten any helpful response.
@JagexSupport it's been like over a week now and haven't been given any assistance relating to my problem. Besides the automated responses that aren't even related to my problem.
@JagexSupport So I get emails about characters that were removed from my jagex account by hijackers. But I still can't get an actual response email for how I am suppose to recover the 3 characters that were hijacked?
@JagexSupport Too clarify the issue. I have access to the email. The problem is that my character was moved to a different email. I can tell you the IGN of the character. as well as transaction IDs of purchases I made off your website.
