Imposing a fee on plastic bags is not going to bring about the change as expected. Better approach is to addressing the root cause of the problem. There is much need to launch a public awareness campaign aimed at modifying people's behavior - thus, gradually impose fees & bans.

✅ Plastic bags sold or provided by duty-free shops
✅ Plastic bags used to carry any fresh unpackaged fish
✅ “Bin liners” sold or supplied specifically for waste disposal
✅ Plastic bag used by the manufacturer for packaging, which is necessary for the sale
