@1Granvill Even the first rep is way too high. Parallel is the crease of the hip being below the top of the knee. Don’t wear wraps, work on doing it with more depth to develop. Athletes don’t need to wear wraps unless they are competing in powerlifting. You are a thrower, you don’t need it.
