Invest in yourself and invest in others. Do things you love, buy things you love, do things with and buy things for people you love.
Spend time with people who bring you joy and water these relationships. Show up to the special events, check in or just hang out.
I want us to make an effort to let go of things that don't serve us, whether it's laziness, procrastination, vices, or relationships.
I also want us to be present, to think less about the outcome and more about the process.
I want us to be aware of and take advantage of resources and activities like therapy, exercise, creative hobbies and community.
I want us to take care of ourselves and surround ourselves with people and things that take care of us.
It's Men's Mental Health Awareness month.
This month, I want us men to be aware of our emotions; identifying, processing , allowing ourselves to feel them.
