@Jr31098636@Timcast I’m not mad. I’m just making a point. Sometimes it’s better to sit back and talk rather than start off saying nasty things. Hope you have an awesome rest of your day. …..One person note, don’t call it ‘security’, it’s straight up disrespectful at this level.
@Jr31098636@Timcast Oh yeah? Remember saying this to me? ‘…. someone getting there neck blown out isnt reason to pull a weapon you are really retarded like holy fuck some stupid people in this world’
@Jr31098636@Timcast And let me just put it to you this way…the best in the world hardly ever work for the government. The best in the world go where they get paid commensurate to their skills.
@Jr31098636@Timcast …..the POTUS has more ‘visible’ protection. Private citizens get protected as to what they can afford. You would be amazed how much unseen protection a multi-millionaire can have.
@Jr31098636@Timcast Similar….several times. Never had a principal get wounded. Been under fire while on the job a lot. Also had to deal with attacks that were not directed at us, but wound up involving us.
@Jr31098636@Timcast I’m not sure I’m understanding exactly what you are trying to say. Are you saying you think there should have been fewer people tending to CK, and more pulling security?
@Jr31098636@Timcast Absolutely not. A principle is a principle is a principle. I don’t care if it’s the POTUS, a CEO, or a podcaster. They all get protected the same.
@Jr31098636@Timcast My guy, that was just a number that worked for when you would use a handgun to engage an immediate threat…..since you seem to be so hung up on that. I work in HTP (High Threat Protection), and going to my gun has only crossed my mind a handful of times out of several years.
@Jr31098636@Timcast If the principal is injured, as CK was, you provide CAF (Care Under Fire) first….going by the MARCH algorithm. Massive Hemorrhaging, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia.
@Jr31098636@Timcast Let’s talk shop…what’s a lesson you learned from real world experience that changed the way you do things? One of mine was doing a claw instead of a sweep…doing a sweep at only show blood, while clawing can interrupt skin, and show a wound you may not have seen otherwise
@Jr31098636@Timcast Let me help you out….it doesn’t take any time at all to draw your weapon. It takes more time to re-holster it. If you draw your weapon when you didn’t need to, then need your hands for other things, you just got in your own way, and cost valuable time.
