@AskPS_UK Sorry to clarify - the first PS4 I was trying to troubleshoot initially told us to reinstall by connecting a USB (1st pic). We did that. Once we’d done that it moved to the CE-34335-8 code. My other sons PS4 then came with with the same USB request. Worried the same will happen

@AskPS_UK That was the error we got after connecting a storage device to update. Are the 2 issues are connected? Seems weird that 2 playstations have the same issue at the same time. Reluctant to update the other with the USB 😬

@AskPS_UK However - this was the error message my other sons PS4 had. We got the USB, followed all the instructions then ended up with this:

@AskPS_UK Thanks so much for your quick reply ❤️ Blue is hoping his PS4 can be fixed, so ideally they won’t be sharing for long! Is it not at all possible to cancel the subscription off one account and put on the right one at your end? Nothing has been used - he just redeemed the code 😁✌🏻
