Oh how wonderful! My fiance if from Ohio, Kettering. Will definitely take an east coast road trip up North and South someday soon 😁🤗. I didn’t realise the US had so many beautiful places. The parks, forests, creeks, lakes mountains, canyons, beaches… oh my goodness! Spoilt for choice. And it’s safe to enjoy freely!!!

The waiting has been really heavy today. It’s been over a week since our tentative travel email and we still haven’t heard anything about cultural orientation. We don’t know the exact date or even which city we’re going to.

Packing feels almost impossible right now, what do we keep and what do we get rid off when we have no idea when we’re leaving or what the weather will be like? Some moments we’re excited, other moments the uncertainty weighs heavy.

But this powerful reminder to take that first step of faith even when the path isn’t clear… it strengthened my heart again.

We will keep trusting God and walking forward when He opens the door.
