I just read the most incredible story about a hero Good Samaritan named Kim Heimgartner.

Back in 2002, Kim was 33 years old and driving through Clarkston, Washington when she observed a young man approach a 12 year old schoolgirl on the street and force her into his car.

Kim followed the car for 8 miles through winding and desolate roads, calling the police on her cell phone to help locate the suspect vehicle.

After the driver was arrested, police found “a torture kit” in his possession, together with weapons.

Had it not been for Kim’s decision to follow that car, the little girl wouldn’t be alive today. Kim is a hero.
