The biggest advantage is a sudden frost which will kill bamboo.

You can't cover them 15-30' in the air so you simply turn them on their side allowing you to cover them on the ground.

@vizurantvis 48 years of consuming this herbal supplement and at least 30 years of heavy use, and I've never experienced scroiting even once.

Booze on the other hand....
