@ThreeUKSupport I have a complaints reference emailed to me but no way to access this as I can't get online as it sends a 6 Digit code to the number I can't activate. The ref is 250122103108395.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I ordered online and eSim yesterday. It wouldn't activate. I got stuck in a loop through the self-help online. I wanted to complain & eventually got an agent who couldn't help. After 45 mins they then transferred me to Complaints. I had to end the chat with no resolution.
