The Declaration notes God-given rights, but the Constitution gives Congress the absolute power to govern borders.
The 14th Amendment uses "person," but the Supreme Court rules that illegal presence does not grant citizen-level rights.

Fantasy? Hmmm. Can’t afford to buy a house even with a VA loan and making $85k. Two of my adult children in their late 20’s have to work multiple part-time jobs just to scrape by, entry level full-time jobs are a thing of the past.
