The item is a cooker hood not a freestanding item, so not a simple exchange on door step. We should not be expected to pay an electrician to uninstall your faulty item and then install the replacement

Instant exchange arranged for item that broke 4 months later. i paid an electrician £160 to install. I'm unable to uninstall myself and cannot afford to pay to uninstall broken one and reinstall new item. I need you to do this as a goodwill gesture
