@TitoVespasiani Highly recommended for those looking for quality Death/Doom: Onirophagus - Revelations From The Void
This release doesn't get the attention it deserves and especially the last song, which is 15 min of Death/Doom majesty (song of the year IMO)
@KarlHavard@BelRedDevils If that's considered handball, Belgium should've received a penalty in the 1st half. Exactly the same touch from the Slovakian Fender in the penalty box
@TitoVespasiani Love this album, pure unrelentless rage in musical form. One of my go-to albums when I'm pissed off.
Very intense live experience as well, the vocalist had to step outside because he looked like he had run an Iron Man after their gig
@undeathNY Ever heard of the band Perilaxe Occlusion? They write about 3D modelling, rendering, computers, etc.
Very cool band, too bad they split up recently after releasing their only full length
@TitoVespasiani Yeah, they played some countries in Europe a couple of years ago. The fact their singer can do those vocals for an entire setlist is impressive enough but the endurance on their drummer...
Oh yeah and live it's even more aggressive when the band is literally 1m away from you
@TitoVespasiani "In the Constellation of the Black Widow", closely followed by "Vanitas" and "The Whole of the Law". I do like their older albums but I prefer the dynamics on their more modern albums.
Also great live band...
Seriously, listen to the new Spectral Voice album in complete darkness on high volume and with decent headphones (f.ex. @heavysaudio ). Glad to see they took their time to compose those songs because this is something else...
Album of the year? Probably IMO
@phobophilic_ Fuck, just got my ticket last weekend for the show on Brussels. Was looking forward to finally seeing you live after I missed your gig at Antwerp Music City.
@TitoVespasiani Their first couple of albums (especially The Avenger and The Crusher) are damn good. A shame they don't play anything from those albums live anymore (listen to The Last With Pagan Blood).
Their last decent album was "Surtur Rising" IMO, everything after is mediocre at best.
@chrisatecheese Check out REC, the original Spanish one and not the lame American remake. It's found footage and does get crazy with shaky cam but one of the most tense movies I've seen.
And do NOT watch the trailer or anything but go in blind. 👍
@TitoVespasiani Yeah Sepulchral Voice Records has some great underground releases. Another unsung band from their roster = Charon

Their song "Flagellum Horribils" is just *chef's kiss*
