The Hot Topic: Nightframes
1/ Smart contracts are public by design. Great for trust, bad for anything private, like an agent's trading strategy.
2/ Nightframes sit in the middle: private computers that follow your intent, with work you can check. Private by default, verifiable by design.
3/ That unlocks renting. A developer keeps their strategy private, my agent rents it per task inside the limits I set, and nobody can trade ahead of it.
4/ What I need proven:
✅ The skill did what it claimed
✅ It stayed inside its limits
✅ You can switch it off instantly
5/ We're building toward this at @Noctis_zone for Midnight City.
Looking forward to exploring more about Nightframes and the upcoming Midnight Passport
What skill would you rent?👇

FLINT — private trades, hedged in seconds.
Our @strikeperps hackathon build, by @ODATANO_V4 & @Noctis_Zone Agentic.
Sell size on an open book and everyone sees it before you’re done. FLINT splits the trade in two: autonomous agents make a private market on Midnight — nobody sees size or direction — and hedge every fill on Strike within seconds. You’re never naked, and the public only sees a standard perp position.
Every agent runs inside a mandate its owner signed with their wallet: offer size, leverage, position cap, how fast to hedge. A gateway checks every action before it reaches a market; break a rule and it’s refused. @MidnightNtwrk keeps the proof — no rules broken, risk in limits, hedged in time — provable by anyone, numbers hidden.
Why Strike: one Strike account per agent via builder connect, so every hedge is Strike volume with a builder fee. Orders are sized to Strike’s steps, fills come over the user stream, and the key can trade but never withdraw.
Order your own agent in six steps and one signature. Live now:

First @ODATANO_V4 Attestation Vaults LIVE ON @MidnightNtwrk MAINNET 🚀
After almost 6 months of building and endless testing, NIGHTGATE just deployed its first attestation vaults on the main chain. Not testnet. MAINNET. 🥳
🔐 Anchor documents by hash, never the content
🧠 Prove single fields with ZK proofs
🔑 Grant and revoke disclosure on-chain
Deployed from our own sponsor pool, paid in DUST. ✨
Special thanks to everyone who has helped and supported me along the way: @Jinx_MJ_K@Jay_Albert_@tom_humber@midnightfdn and all other Buildclub participants🫡
Public API access is next. Stay tuned ⏳⏳
Your sealed DarkVeil buy is in. Now claim it on Cardano.
1. Open the claim page on https://t.co/J4ZySH8M6E and press Claim.
2. Your Cardano wallet pays the flat price in ADA and receives your tokens.
3. Claim inside the window, or the allocation is forfeited.
Keep your claim record: it lets you claim even if the site is down. Your NIGHT bond comes back in proportion to what you claim.

Not disabled. Absent.
When a Noctis Zone launch graduates, its liquidity locks for 365 days, and the contract has no withdraw function at all.
After the year, it can move only to a DEX on an approved list, staying in escrow. After each move, it must stay put for 90 days. Adding a DEX to that list takes a team multisig and 72 hours' public notice.
A rug pull needs a withdraw function. This contract doesn't have one.

You have 24 hours to buy in DarkVeil, and nobody can see your order.
How it works on Noctis Zone:
1. Every registrant gets the same allocation at one flat price.
2. Place your sealed buy. You can cancel while the window is open.
3. After it closes, reveal your buy and download your claim record.
Then claim your tokens on Cardano. You pay the flat price in ADA when you claim, not when you buy.

DarkVeil checks five things before you can register:
✅A Cardano wallet at least 90 days old
✅A minimum NIGHT balance
✅You're not the creator
✅A stake key different from the creator's
✅No direct ADA transfers to or from the creator's wallet in the last 90 days
If fewer than 15 wallets register, DarkVeil cancels, every bond comes back in full, and the launch goes public.

How to register for DarkVeil, the private first phase of every Noctis Zone launch. Registration opens 48 hours before buying and closes 2 hours before it.
1. Open the launch's DarkVeil page and connect your Cardano and Midnight wallets.
2. Check your eligibility results and submit your intent.
3. Once you're on the allowlist, register on Midnight. This locks your NIGHT bond.
It comes back in proportion to what you buy and claim.

On Noctis Zone, no wallet key can buy more than 5% of a token's supply before it graduates.
DarkVeil and the public bonding curve count toward the same 5%, and it's checked on every buy. Sell on the curve, and that room comes back.
After graduation, the cap no longer applies: trades on Noctis Swap aren't capped.
In DarkVeil, every extra wallet must be 90 days old, hold NIGHT and post its own bond.

1/ To answer your first question properly: there's no reflink. Nobody is paid for sending people to Noctis.
2/ What the platform will earn is public: a flat $10 launch fee, 1% of curve trades, and any forfeited DarkVeil bond, all to one public wallet. Apart from the trade fee, the ADA buyers pay stays in the curve contract and seeds the locked pool at graduation. The creator can't take it.
3/ On linking wallets: nothing on-chain can prove two wallets share an owner, on any launchpad, so we don't claim to. The cap is per wallet key. What we do is make every extra wallet cost more and be easier to spot.
4/ Before DarkVeil, every wallet needs 90+ days of history, its own stake key, no direct ADA from the creator in the last 90 days, and a bond it loses if it registers and doesn't buy.
5/ Wallets claim before the public curve opens, and a claim makes the wallet public.
@__spekulator__@Jinx_MJ_K@MidnightNtwrk The Cardano launches will always be public after DarkVeil.
Once the Midnight Launches are done they would be different as Midnight is private by default.
