I had a hunch the card was fine and just tripping their PSU with transient power spikes. Brought it home, Just passed a full 30 minute stress test with zero issues. I was about to buy a 5060 Ti or a 3080 Ti, but taking a gamble got me a 24GB flagship monster for $360.
