@ring Thanks @ring If you can also solve how to fix the Elite to a solid external brick wall you’ll make my day. Sadly your support team have no specific information on how to do that. All existing guidance involves using a conveniently hollow wooden wall with a plastic mounting kit ?!

I have been sizing up the @ring Elite doorbell and have just tried to get information from their online support team about using it with an existing network (POE) switch and no door bell? They just kept point me to the manual which doesn’t help - poor service guys !!

You have to wonder if @ring are capitalising on the ‘fear’ factor when it comes to the pricing their products. Their Elite Doorbell retails in the UK at £449. I thought the Pro was pushing it at £229. I wonder if greed taking over? Shame, as I had admired their community spirit.

Hi @ring what do you expect people to do when they buy one of your mains powered Spotlight camera and it comes with a moulded plug. Do you expect them to cut the plug off or make a large hole in the wall? Seems like a poor design for most people without an outside power socket 😟

@renceqv @Apple Thanks, changing the date didn’t help initially but turning off some notifications too seems to have stopped the restarting/respringing. Hope @apple fix this soon.

@Apple Am I alone ? My iPhone has started to constantly restart? It does it every minute or so, forcing me to login in every time. This is very frustrating especially when you’re in the middle of something as it wipes out your last action!! #iphonerestarting #iphonehell
