@EmiratesNBD_AE have been in contact with representatives who made me follow up with them for 10 days to take my details, have been waiting for almost a week to get the cards delivered. They tell me to call different delivery agents and say that from their side the work is done. Unprofessional
@Olacabs why does the app keep asking me to pay even though I have already paid? If the bank page doesn’t load on your app how am I supposed to pay online? Please fix this issue! Not everyone uses upi
@ola_supports If the driver asks for payment in cash or if there is an issue with my payments what then? These things happen way more often than you would expect.
@Olacabs please fix your support options. Ride was paid for in cash but the app is still asking me to pay. Why? There is no option for reporting that I completed the payment. I’m being charged twice.

Hi @Razorpay please take responsibility for collecting payments for fraudulent companies that already have many complaints against them. You guys absolve yourselves of refunds by making the consumer raise a chargeback with their bank.

You close the ticket without giving any solution and get your support to explain what a chargeback means instead of just refunding the amount. You software is still active on sites that are fraudulent. What a pathetic response from a leading company. Ticket 2814436
