Today I visited the Ka-Xikukwana Canal in Giyani where the decade-old Giyani Water Project is supposed to be delivering water to 55 villages.

Its dry! No water passing through here.

This projected started at a cost of R500 million, ten years later it’s at R5 billion and the people here are still without water; pure corruption.
