She enabled a Zimbabwean National, Lawrence Chamurwa Mudzingunyama to secure government contracts. His company was registered in 2011 when Palesa was 11 years old, raising suspicions of potential fronting or irregularities in how foreign linked entities access South African public infrastructure projects. 🇿🇦
