@FOLVSHO When he made part payment of 5 months is largely unclear (Soludo didn't indicate any) what is clear is that part payment of 200m was documented in 2007 before Obi was taken to IAP in April, 2009. IAP award of about 1 billion was in feb 2010 which Obi appealed in the same year.
