A reminder for anyone in a season of waiting:

The letters of Paul reveal something deep.
Many who seem to the doctrine of Paul – finished works, the election of grace, new creation realities, and so on, are unaware of what the gospel did to the man.
I think that if the blessed apostle Paul were to see today much of what is being taught in his name, he would marvel at how we have misinterpreted something so clear.
It is quite interesting that people who have studied Ephesians, Philippians, Galatians and Romans come out with the conclusions such as "we are Christ", "we are gods", and so on.
The man himself who received these revelations by study and by profound encounters on earth and in heaven, once said to unbelievers – we are ordinary men like you. Not gods (Acts 14:15).
Paul said this. There are ministers of the gospel today who believe Paul missed it there, or that he had not fully understood the finished works of Christ at that time.
Yes.
Let me show you something from his letters that makes me want to weep whenever I consider it
Paul wrote Galatians around AD 50, and in 1:1, he called himself an apostle.
Paul then wrote I Corinthians around AD 54, and in 15:9, he said he was the least of the apostles, and that he not even worthy to be called an apostle.
Later, in the book of Ephesians, which he wrote at about AD 61, this man said in 3:8 that he was the least of all believers.
As if all that was not enough, in the letter of 1st Timothy, which he wrote at about AD 64, this mighty apostle and receiver of Christ’s revelation then referred to himself in 1:15 as the worst of sinners whom Jesus saved.
It is clear that the more he knew Jesus, the smaller he saw himself in his own eyes.
Little wonder he wrote to the Romans (in 12:3) – I plead with you not to think of yourselves more highly than you should, do not have an exaggerated sense of your own importance
Little wonder he wrote to the Corinthian church in his second letter to them (4:5) – We do not preach ourselves. We preach Jesus the Lord. We preach ourselves only as your servants for His sake.
Little wonder he cried out to the Philippians – Whatever things were gain to me, whatever my credentials and pedigree was, I throw them all away that I may gain Christ (3:7-10). He cried - That I might know Him! And this he wrote towards the end of his ministry, not at the beginning.
Many modern teachers and preachers from Paul’s inspired works do not sound like Paul. It seems as though we have added modern thinking to scriptural revelation.
J.I. Packer said this - our business is to present the Christian faith clothed in modern terms; NOT TO propagate modern thought clothed in Christian terms. Confusion here, is fatal.
Even though it is not wrong, Paul never said as we do today – I know who I am.
Not once. Rather, he said – I know Whom I have believed (2 Tim 1:12).
The whole emphasis of His life, the real Treasure of his essence was Christ, and not Paul.
He said – Yet not I, but CHRIST in me.
That man embodied the words of John who baptized – I must decrease, and He must increase.
Paul was not about Paul. He set aside Paul that he might be all about JESUS.
That was his gospel
That is the gospel.
The beauty of redemption lies in this: God has already paid the price for our sins.
Yet we must never forget the law of sowing and reaping, what a man sows, he will surely reap.

Remembering what the Lord has done for you in the past is the seed for the next blessings He will bring your way.

Service is important, but fellowship with Jesus is indispensable.
Prioritise knowing Jesus first and stop chasing to stand behind the pulpit.

We are celebrating His coming to this world to save sinners.
Diabetes was not born on World Diabetes Day. It's just the day we focus on...
Wo, never mind.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Here is what mercy actually does:
1. It stages you where your life can serve heaven’s plan. Pharaoh on a throne, Israel in Goshen, Isaac in famine, Jacob at Bethel.
2. It summons you with a clear word: “Let My people go.” “Stay in this land.” “Return to Bethel.”
3. It gives space — warnings, chances, prophetic reminders, patience while you decide.
4. It separates posture. Soft hearts rise; proud hearts are exposed.
5. It shelters you while purpose matures — like Israel under the blood, Isaac protected from envy.
6. It strengthens you to carry assignments bigger than you — manna for Israel, courage for Jacob.
7. It showcases God’s faithfulness through your story — Isaac’s harvest, Jacob’s new name, Israel’s song.
8. It sentences at last: favour for alignment, fall for defiance.
Mercy is not a soft whisper; it is the executive power of God arranging lives so His covenant stands.
It can stage you, teach you, protect you, or clear the stage if you fight the purpose that raised you.
But beware: mercy can be resisted.
Pharaoh loved the gifts of mercy but ignored its voice. Ten plagues preached, “Yield.” He chose relief over repentance. Regret without surrender hardened into rebellion. At last mercy removed its restraint, letting his real posture stand clear. The same sea that opened for Israel became a grave for pride, and Scripture still declared, “For His mercy endures forever.”
That verdict explains everything. Mercy is not cancelled by judgement; mercy secures redemption. It rescues the tender, protects the promise, and removes whatever threatens its fulfilment.
Why you must not harden your heart inside mercy:
When mercy lifts you, it is not a licence to negotiate; it is a call to align quickly with God’s instruction. Hardness begins quietly — by delaying obedience, by explaining away conviction, by protecting comfort instead of purpose. Every warning is a gift. Every delay in consequence is an invitation. The longer you postpone surrender, the easier defiance feels, and the thinner the shield of mercy becomes around you.
Do not mistake patience for approval. The fact that nothing has collapsed yet does not mean heaven is indifferent. Do not turn the platform mercy gave you into a weapon against its Giver. Do not settle for momentary remorse that evaporates when the pressure lifts. Repentance is not a feeling; it is a posture that stays tender and ready to obey.
The safest place inside mercy is a yielded heart — a heart quick to hear, quick to adjust, quick to release what God asks for. Mercy keeps lifting those who stay soft, but it will testify against those who treat its kindness as permission to resist.
Stay soft. Obey quickly. Let mercy keep lifting you, not standing in court against you.
Because at the end of every story — Isaac’s laughter, Jacob’s limp, Israel’s song, even Pharaoh’s fall — heaven’s anthem remains:
HIS MERCY ENDURES FOREVER.
