DON'T BUY A CREALITY @Creality3dP they are the by far the worst product I've ever purchased. They create problems with firmware and blame you and don't honor their warranty.

#Creality 3d printers are absolutely shit. The product is ok. But the customer service basically tells you to eat a bullet over them fixing real problems. Do not buy their products. The print quality is basic. But the problems aren't worth it.

I have multiple printers and cfs. They dgaf about anything besides new sale. They sell their replacement parts on Amazon around $30-$50 level. So the replacement part they're mailing from China can be at your house tomorrow from Jeff bezos. Problems happen when none fixes it.
