New AC unit installed this weekend! Leveraged the unseasonably wet weather to enlist family to help us make the swap.

So Tope was off at the spa getting a suspension make-over for a few weeks, but we are back in business! Tracking down the last of the water gremlins, and tonight we dropped the propane tank. Oh, and all new Yokohama tires! We have big plans for the next few weeks. 🚍

Finished with demo! Today we tore down the old ceiling. Ike was ferocious with a pry bar.
