Howdy howdy everyone! My name is Nomad (JC) and Im a solo dev of a TTRPG thats been built for accessibility.
I also take care of my grandparents, so my time is divided between them and development. Hoping to have the game out this year though.
Be kind, and be safe.
@BeanJuiceStudio A community that’s lookin forward to my game would definitely encourage me to keep working on it. As of right now it’s the hope that people will like it, that’s been keeping me going.
@EleniExp@LiamTwose As an indie dev, I get why we ask that. I mean, I’m solo, I have no one to ask for help, so if anyone ever asked/offered, I have no way of being sure it’s mutual and genuine.
But I will say, at some point I’m gonna need to try getting the word out about my game.
@CrimsonDesert_, I love the over all feel of the game, but I was wondering if there’d be a way to add a custom combat difficulty that slows down combat? Bombastic action is cool, but I think a slower more deliberate action system, like the movement, would also be cool.
@nerinahazuki I don’t. I’m making my own game and doing the artwork myself. And even then, I don’t think people will buy it for the art. But the arts not meant to be the reason people buy it, it’s the gameplay, the accessibility, and the love and care Ive put in for the last five years.

@CohhCarnage When I played RDR2online, my buddies and I would get together at the end of the session and just play poker. One of my favorite gaming moments.
@saogames@BandaiNamcoEU Except there’s no micromanagement of controls. I can’t play with the factory controls, so I swapped attacks to square/triangle respectively, and now when I try to QT to one of the four spots, I have to press square with my right thumb, then accept with my left. It’s a thing. 😅
@Yoann_802 Yeah, just pull a ffxiv but with sao. But, unlike ffxiv, it shouldn’t have a monthly subscription. The only reason I don’t play ffxiv is cause the monthly price tag. If it was a buy-to-play, I’d be all over it.
@twilightocarina It’s crap-tastic! I love that game. When it launched, it got a 4 (poor) from ign, and I still loved it. It’s the one where my brother gave me the best gaming advice ever: if you like it, like it. Just play and enjoy what you enjoy. Played that way ever since.
@7DaystoDie I just started a new map on ps5 to get ready for the update, could we get a rework on the sprint options? One where we can “toggle” it, but it stops working when we stop or slow down to a walk? I don’t know what that’d be called, but that kind of control would be great.
@BecomingCaptain After seeing how deadspace handled it, I think we as an industry need to implement that level of creativity to health, armor, weapon tracking.
@IndieBandits Apologies, I thought you meant as a commenter. I try to respond to everyone that interacts with my posts, but Id say its fairly rare that I get comments to begin with. Its probably due to the fact that I dont really post much so the algo doesnt acknowledge when I do. 😅 🤷🏻♂️
