@vumatel I sent my details on DM last night and this morning I received a generic response with the link to check area outage. I had already done this before I messaged here. There is no updated information. Your service is very disappointing.

@vumatel Good day, I did that and I see the below notice from Monday. It is not updated though as WiFi did come back on Wednesday. Then it went again yesterday, 13 August. So surely it’s a new problem. Yet the below is still dated 9 August.

@vumatel Internet connectivity came back on in Mofolo yesterday and today there is no connectivity again. When I check network events on the above link, it still has the notice from 9 August though. Please advise what the issue is today?
