Think about that. The first time Mkhwanazi ever sat down with Julius Malema? It wasn’t through official channels. It wasn’t through Parliament. It was arranged by Khan ..; the same suspended general now at the center of a commission investigating criminal infiltration of SAPS, intelligence, and politics.

Mkhwanazi revealed that Khan arranged that meeting so they could discuss the EFF’s concerns about their rallies. The general said, “He can arrange that meeting so that we could meet and talk about their concerns as a party.”

So let’s connect the dots:

A suspended intelligence general (Khan) ..; accused of being a political fixer for syndicates ..; bragging about his access ..; arranging private sit‑downs between a police commissioner and the leader of the EFF.

This is the same Khan who received WhatsApp messages from Malema via businessman Mohammad Sayed.

The question is no longer if Khan had political pull. The question is: What exactly was he pulling, and for whom?
