We strongly condemning the order issued by Shri K P Singh, Principal Commissioner, CGST & CX, Lucknow for removal from service of Shri Abhijat Srivastava, Inspector( General secretary, AICEIA Lucknow Circle) just for raising cadre related issues before Higher Authority. The said order should be withdrawn or cancelled immediately.

CBIC, लखनऊ जोन में वर्ष 2017 से मिनिस्टीरियल कैडर के लंबित प्रमोशन को लेकर इस कैडर के द्वारा दिनांक 22.12.23 से लगातार काली पट्टी बांधकर सांकेतिक विरोध प्रकट किया जा रहा है I किन्तु प्रमोशन को लेकर कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं हो रही है | जबकि #Mission Mode के तहत रिक्तियां भरी जानी है|
