@bevismusson @SusBar9@LegoWith The name of the brothel owner was originally picked to be as generic as possible so as far as I’m concerned if you would like to be the Madame of the flego brothel then you can absolutely be them. Merry Christmas Madame 😄
@LegoWith@lynnsgreensocks So when you extended the string the presence of the worm gear meant the only option was for the windmill mechanics to pop out of place.
@LegoWith@lynnsgreensocks 2. Unlike when using a sequence of standard gears, a worm gear cannot be rotated by the gear that slots into its spiral. A worm gear can only be driven by the axel that it is slotted on.
Basically the handle for the windmill is the only way it move, you can't spin the blades.
@LegoWith@lynnsgreensocks Just to say, I suspect that our newest Goose is a Celtic as in “sell tick” fan i.e. Glasgow’s Rangers and Celtic teams are arch rivals rather than Celtic as in “kelt ic” whose arrival in Scotland saw the disappearance of the Picts.
@LegoWith@lynnsgreensocks I don't think anybody would have expected that's what special delivery meant 🤪
It was worth the wait though. Just look at that beauty and box fresh no less!
Box fresh people, box fresh.
Sorry, those words just always make me smile.
@LegoWith@lynnsgreensocks It was of course correctly addressed but Parcel Force really made a meal of the delivery. First it was not leaving a card when they'd attempted delivery, then waiting until the day before the redelivery to call and casually mention it had been in my local post office all along.
@LegoWith Almost forgot to ask and should have done yesterday - doh!
The gear sticks inside the Land Rover, what are they set to?
For example, is the issue the same if you have both sticks pushed forward for low gear and in drive?
@LegoWith 1. Do the front wheels not freely rotate independently of each other too?
2. What happens if you try to rotate both of the back wheels at the same time while the vehicle is on its side? Is it the two wheels rotate only so far and then no further?
Cheers!
@LegoWith It may tell us nothing at all or maybe it reveals something.
Oh and of course, do the front two wheels attempt to rotate in the opposite direction?
@LegoWith and I shall finish with a small request. Could you maybe take a video of the Land Rover on its side with the camera zoomed in on all inner workings as visible from the underside.
Can you then rotate the two back wheels so we can see it all in motion.
