Yes, the parents are liable for what happens on their property-however- that should have been addressed when deciding which yard to put it in. Waiting until its all set up seems intentional. They should give the other two the money back they earned. I can't imagine taking advantage of some young teens

I don't have any advice for you, but I can tell you that I feel better knowing I'm not alone procrastinating on seeing the doctor for perimenopause because its too complicated. I can't manage to get past getting the labs drawn, because the lab in the office is out of network and I don't have out of network benefits. I know I can solve for this, but who has time for all those steps?
