About Tui and Barcode helping him
William said From the very beginning, I already planned for P'Tui to be part of writing this song. We had different drafts from P'Kangsom and P'Tui and every time we met, P'Tui would play them for me and ask what I liked or didn't like. We kept discussing and revising everything together. In the final version you hear today, P'Tui helped write several parts, especially some of the verses. Whenever I wasn't satisfied with something, he'd help direct it and make it better.
Barcode's contribution happened completely by chance and I've actually never shared this story before. We were at MusicCon in Singapore and P'Kangsom and I were stuck on one verse. No matter what we tried, it just didn't sound right.
Then I saw Barcode walking by and remembered that he writes songs. So I asked him to come over and simply hum any melody that came to mind. He started humming and P'Kangsom and I immediately looked at each other and thought "This is so good"
We quickly recorded it on a phone so we wouldn't forget it, then later wrote the lyrics around that melody. Barcode already knows how to write songs, sings well, plays guitar and has great musical instincts. Everything just clicked. P'Kangsom and I both loved the melody right away and decided to keep it first, then work on the lyrics afterward.
The melody for the section beginning with "แล้วในวันนี้ฉันต้องทำไง..." is Barcode's
