Here is the actual transcript of Brian Cole Jr.’s confession. Read it yourself. Start around page 102 if you want the most damning parts against him.

A lot of people are using Brian Cole to engagement-farm. I don’t need to engagement farm, I have like 20 followers and they are all fake. I work for a living so don’t need to make money by peddling conspiracies. Read the transcript before you take their word for it. It’s a sad case. I feel for his family. That doesn’t change that he’s guilty of a pretty serious offense.
My opinion as a former criminal defense attorney: he is very guilty. This was not a coerced or involuntary confession. Not even close. That motion to suppress is going nowhere.
Is he autistic? I think so. Autistic people still commit crimes. The agents treat him with the kiddiest of kiddie gloves. They know he’s likely on the spectrum, or a nerdy, anxious guy having a panic attack because he’s caught. They still have a job to do: talk to him about the incident and see if he’ll give a statement.
They offer food, drink, and bathroom breaks constantly. They give him breaks even when he isn’t asking. The sketchiest move is essentially threatening to talk to his parents. “I’ll call your mom and dad” is not “confess or something bad happens to you or someone close to you.” That does not make a confession involuntary or suppressible.
On the bomb parts, Cole explains it himself, in detail, largely unprompted. Why so many purchases? He says he kept freaking out, coming to his senses, and tossing the stuff. He lists the materials. He describes building a crude pipe bomb the way someone would think a pipe bomb works. He says he never tested them, likely why they didn’t work.
Unprompted, he says things only the person who did it would say: he thought about turning himself in; he wasn’t thinking and didn’t realize there were Ring cameras; it’s the dumbest thing he’s ever done. He walks through what he was doing on the video, what he was thinking, what he was watching on YouTube (a Star Wars video). He says he was setting the timer when the video shows him with the bag.
This is not “I don’t know” while detectives feed him facts and he adopts them. Read the whole transcript. Don’t claim you did if you didn’t.
He is absolutely guilty. He doesn’t deserve life. Something like 4–7 years plus lengthy monitoring/probation is more proportionate. I could be convinced to give less time based on mitigation evidence, it’s hard not to feel sympathetic for him because he is freaking the fuck out and he is autistic and no one wants to go to federal fucking prison. He’s autistic, but he knew it was wrong, it was intentional, and it could have killed people. Maybe it was the only time. Maybe he would have tried it again, similar to serial arsonists. Either way, planting pipe bombs in D.C. is a serious crime, and catching him was a good thing.
Meditating on Ephesians 1 in tears.
Deeply grieved at how cultural Christianity has blinded our material eyes from the deep revelation of the unfathomable blessings of what God has done for the redeemed in Christ.
Weeping. Praying for a deep awakening in God’s holy people.
I told myself after reading the transcript of Brian Cole Jr.'s confession to being the J5 pipe bomber, I was done responding to @SteveBakerUSA ridiculous, self-serving spin about this case, but here we are. (Read my 1500 word analysis of the confession, based on my training and experience here, https://t.co/7lTrqtkg2G.)
The below screenshot is just a paragraph of Baker's long post, that I'm blocked from responding to because he thinks I'm a "liar." It's about the unique Nike shoes worn by the pipe bomber, which Cole admitted he owned, and that Baker claims Cole did not own. Baker starts this post by referring to Cole's confession as false. Which is weird because in a 22 page letter that was released with the transcript, Cole's own paid expert on police interrogation does not say it was a false confession.
Because Baker knows nothing about interview and interrogation, and has never actually done one, he doesn't understand how this interview and interrogation was conducted.
From page 1 to page 93, when Cole says, "Yes," he is the pipe bomber, the agents are conducting a wide ranging interview. The purpose is two-fold; establish rapport, and allow the interviewee to tell a story, including lies if he chooses, which might then be used later during the interrogation. It's mostly non confrontational.
Which is exactly what happened here. Cole told a carefully constructed lie about going to the Capitol on J5 to attend peaceful protests about the election. That was false, there were no formal protests at the Capitol that night. They were at Freedom Plaza, a few blocks from the White House. If Cole was at a Capitol protest, Steve Baker, who claims to have watched thousands of hours of Capitol CCTV, would have seen him there.
On page 77, Cole is shown a picture of the Nikes and asked if he ever owned them. Cole panicked and told both the truth, yes he owned them, then tried to distance himself from them saying he'd thrown them away. His rambling about outgrowing them, the laces, the shoes falling apart was a recognition he was trapped in a critical part of the story. His psyche wasn't broken, as Baker maintains. He was caught.
Baker claimed Cole was threatened with his family being "subjected to the same psychological torture he'd just experienced," which is nonsense. On page 89, after Cole admitted he owned the shoes, agents told him his family members would have to be interviewed. That was not a lie, they were all interviewed.
Baker puts great emphasis on Cole being an adult by 2018 when the shoes were first made, and so he couldn't have outgrown them, as he claimed. Which doesn't matter, Cole was trying to distance himself from the shoes when he said that, implying he'd outgrown them by J5.
In fact, Baker likes to note in other forums that Ms. Kerkhoff, his favored pipe bomb suspect, played professional soccer, and the team colors for the Columbus Eagles was the same as the Nikes. She played in 2017, the year before the Nikes were manufactured.
There is a mountain of evidence in this case; the Nikes are a small part of it. If Baker thinks his version of the Nike story exonerates Brian Cole, he is mistaken.
ACCUSED ILLEGAL ALIEN CHILD R*PIST RELEASED IN VIRGINIA
Oscar Evaristo Nunez, a Honduran national, was arrested and charged with MULTIPLE s*x crimes against CHILDREN.
After his initial arrest, the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center in Virginia RELEASED him despite having an ICE detainer.
Sheriff Stacey Kincaid, a Democrat, oversees that detention center.
Nunez was arrested again by ICE after his release.
This is what Democrats do... They put dangerous foreign criminals back in your communities.
Huge traffic accident / pileup on I-95 near Santee, SC this morning.
Officials are saying it was foggy at the time of the accident 🌫️
First - prayers for all of those involved who were injured (FAA traffic indicates multiple helicopters have been in and out of the area this morning transporting patients).
Second - The NY and CA governors right now are REALLY hoping "No Name Given" wasn't the guy who caused this.
Drive accordingly...

The only problem is Peter Breton passed away in 2016. Is this how the voter fraud begins?

REVEALED: A think tank co-founded by Facebook’s founding president wants an entirely NEW visa category to repopulate struggling American communities with foreign workers.
It’s called the HEARTLAND VISA.
They’ve already mapped roughly 1,700 potentially eligible counties—home to 58 MILLION Americans.
The Economic Innovation Group, co-founded by Sean Parker, wants at least 100,000 visas a year.
The pitch is explicit:
“In exchange for living in a Heartland Visa community, workers with sufficient earnings will gain permanent residency”
American communities become the destination. Green cards become the incentive.
The proposal targets places struggling with population decline, including rural communities and former industrial centers.
Foreign workers would have to live in a participating area—but could work for an employer located elsewhere.
The think tank also proposes replacing labor certification with an earnings test for the green-card pathway. That would remove the usual labor-market test from this proposed route to permanent residency.
The idea has already reached Capitol Hill.
Republican Senator Todd Young and then-Senator Joe Manchin introduced a version in December 2024. Supporters included AOL co-founder Steve Case, Americans for Prosperity and the Niskanen Center.
County officials would decide whether their communities participate.
EIG continued lobbying for the proposal in 2026.
This is an organized push to turn population decline into a justification for a new immigration program.
MUST WATCH: @POTUS plays a clip of two gentlemen who were interviewed as they waited to get into the Oklahoma rally — then invites them on stage.

This transcript is a devastating beat down to everybody here who claimed Brian Cole is not the J5 pipe bomber. Not only is Brian Cole intelligent enough to build gaming PCs, rattle off the top of his head the chemicals needed to build the pipe bombs he confessed he built, but he was savvy enough to try and spin a tale of being close to the scene initially, but not involved.
And despite the narrative on social media to the contrary, he admitted, before he confessed, he followed politics closely and was there that night because of "the situation," and was a closet Trump supporter because the rest of his family were Democrats.
Let's see how many @SteveBakerUSA fallacies he destroyed during that interview:
1. Baker claims he's reviewed more Capitol CCTV than anybody. Did he ever see Cole at the Capitol that evening as Cole tried to initially claim?
2. During the interview, before confessing, after being shown a photo of the Nike Air Speed Turfs, he admitted he owned those shoes. He even told the agents which credit card he used to buy them at one of two stores. And he admitted to throwing them away. Did I say before confessing? I think I did.
3. He admitted those were his glasses. Not sunglasses, the glasses he wore that night.
4. He admitted to the route he took, and to setting the kitchen times (with paperclips - nice detail,) despite Baker claiming he could not have set the timers.
5. He admitting departing the area via the Woodrow Wilson bridge, that would be 495, not the 395/95 route Baker claimed a car exactly like his car departed at the same time the pipe bomber was still putting down a device.
Time to put a pin in Baker's Cole-related theories, which let's face it, were always an after the fact defense of his own flawed reporting that somebody else did it.

MAGA never left President Trump and the polling proves it. Only a one percent shift (which represents the doomer/blackpill brigade).
While the losers whined online the last eighteen months, actual Trump voters went to work in the Trump economy.
MAGA will show up for the Boss.
